Can I send email to the people at the store? 

Of course! You can send an email to marketing@danonltd.com  and DANON team will be happy to be at your service. 

 

Are there different ways to pay? 

We currently accept PayPal. For your convenience can use the Paypal Secure Gateway to pay by bank card even if you haven’t got a Paypal account.

 

How do I verify some information after ordering? 

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has been despatched. The email will include a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number. 

 

What if the product is not in stock? 

We will contact you if an item is not in stock and advise you of the delivery due date accordingly

 

How long does it take for delivery? 

Most orders will ship out within 2 days of ordering (we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays and jewish holidays) however some orders will take 2-4 days to process.

Does the product have a warranty? 

DANON insist on the highest standards of quality for all our items. We provide a lifetime warranty for any defect which is source is in the making. In order to benefit from our warranty, maintain product quality and appearance it is important to:    

  • Protect your item from contact with water, creams, and the direct spray of perfume.   
  • Handle with care as the item is delicate and may get damaged if dropped. 
  • Gently clean your item with a dry cotton cloth. 

 

How can I return a product?
